Bamboo charcoal bread with "Three cup chicken" stuffing

Recently, people love to make fusion cuisine; I think this bread is one of them. 

Western style bakery, 

Malaysian brand and cuisine, 

Japanese bamboo charcoal bread

with traditional Taiwanese cuisine "Three cup chicken" stuffing,

and sold in Hong Kong. 

A little bit odd but the taste is good.

“Three cup chicken”

is a Chinese name that means the dish is mainly included 3 ingredients:

Sesame oil, 

Rice wine and 

Soy sauce,

but actually is more than tha like: Garlic, Ginger and Basil. 

However, there are nobody can explain clearly why call it “Three cup chicken”.
